STANDISH, MI – December 26, 2019 – Forward Corp. will renovate and remodel nearly a dozen of its Subway restaurants in 2020, the company announced today.
The remodels are part of Subway’s Fresh Start program and will include new exterior signage, LED lighting, wall coverings, equipment, seating, and flooring.
“The Subway brand has continued to evolve and updating these stores is part of our evolution,” said Andrew Brown, District Manager of Forward Corp’s Food Service Division. “We’re excited to be able to provide a fresh look and exciting experience to our customers at these locations.”
Forward Corp has identified 11 stores that will receive the Fresh Start remodel, starting with locations in Freeland, Grayling, and Alger, Mi in the first quarter of the year. Additional locations set for remodel will be announced later.

Four of its locations became Fresh Start locations in 2019, including brand new stores in Essexville and Gaylord and remodels in Bay City on Euclid Avenue and inside the Wal-Mart in Lapeer.
