Forward Corporation raised $30,000 for The Great Lakes Bay Region Children’s Dyslexia Center and Arenac Community Center at Forward Corporation’s 37th Annual Golf Outing at The Nightmare Golf Course in West Branch.

The Great Lakes Bay Region Children’s Dyslexia Center focuses on helping children with dyslexia develop essential reading and language skills. By providing specialized instruction and support, the center empowers children to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential. The funds raised will go toward facilitating these programs and expanding their reach to more children in the region. Arenac Community Center is a local hub for education, recreation, and community engagement, and is located in Standish. The funds raised will contribute to maintaining and expanding the Center’s programs and services, ensuring that it remains a vital resource for the community.

A total of $30,000 was raised at the event from golfer registration fees, hole sign sponsorships, prize raffles, and games on the course.

“We take immense pride and feel honored to collaborate with The Children’s Dyslexia Center and Arenac Community Center,” Forward Corporation President Abby Moniz said. “The tradition of supporting community organizations through fundraising efforts is central to Forward’s mission.”
