Forward Corp. unveiled its “Give Thanks Employee Recognition Campaign” today, announcing a week-long focus on employees recognizing other employees.
From Nov. 13-19, Forward employees are able to go to the company’s communications platform, WorkJam, and post messages about why they are thankful for their fellow Forward team members. Each employee who recognizes another – as well as the employee who is recognized – get entered into a drawing to win one of 50 prizes.
“This year has been challenging in so many ways,” said Forward Corp. President Abby Moniz. “As we head towards the end of the year, we thought this would be a great way to spread positivity and recognize our employees’ hard work.”
Employees are able to give thanks in any direction – to co-workers, supervisors, or to those they supervise – and get an entry into a prize drawing for each time they are recognized. Employees also earn an entry for giving thanks, but those entries are limited to a maximum of two.
Prizes will be drawn on Friday, Nov. 20 and include a 50” television, Apple Air Pods, a FitBit watch, gift cards, and more. Each employee is limited to one prize and must still be employed with Forward at the conclusion of the campaign.
